Insight Enterprise has been designed to empower your team in completing their job as quickly and efficiently as possible. To ensure you get up-to-speed quickly and realizing the platforms many benefits we offer services that that include our innovative QuickStart program, Training and Customer Support.

QuickStart

Our QuickStart program speeds the migration process from manual systems and spreadsheets to the speed and confidence of Insight Enterprise. Each QuickStart implementation is customized to your company’s specific requirements and includes two phases; Legacy Employee File Import and Creation of New Hire Packets.

Legacy Employee File Import

  • We perform a comprehensive audit of existing employee files in order to determine which documents should be scanned and included in the Insight Enterprise upload.
  • Next we review applicability of documents (Are their old documents? Or perhaps redundant documents that don’t make sense to upload based on there being a duplicate).
  • We prepare documents for scanning, removing staples and paper clips. 
  • Finally we upload electronic copies and files by scanning documents and then send them to an FTP site where they are imported into the Insight platform.

Creation of New Hire Packets

  • Electronic onboarding packets enable you to send your entire company-specific onboarding packet out to new hires. This is a function within Insight Enterprise and can include as many forms as required.
  • We perform an all-inclusive assessment of the documents included in your current paper based onboarding forms. This includes an audit for any redundant forms. Many companies will add new documents over time, not realizing that much of the information is duplicative or outdated. 
  • BeaconInsight designs each document into an electronic format available on-demand. New employees can easily complete the documents online, taking advantage of the auto population capability of Insight Enterprise.
  • All applicant information is available on-demand and can be further utilized for analysis, reporting and auditing.

Training

Your subscription includes a comprehensive User Guide that details all System Functions, System Administration, Best Practices, Business User Training, Creating New Open Positions and Tip & Tricks. Tutorials are also included related to specific system functionality (Job Openings, Drug & Alcohol Random Lists, Application Question List, My Info, System Overview, Employee List, Applicant List, Locations List, Positions List, Company User List and File Repository).
